Cosas que tengo que pagar al principio del mes y su estatus:

1. Casa: 1262000, estoy al día ahora voy a deber alrededor de 65.000.000 contando los intereses, pero lo importante es que estoy al día y esta es mi cuota #20, solo quedan 52 mas!!!:/
2. Seguro Dental: 120.000, en la quincena tengo que hacerme mi obturación si o si para aprovechar el seguro porque solo pienso pagarlo por 1 año, esta es la cuota: 4/12. Estoy al día.
3. Agua: 25.000 en promedio. Estoy al día.
4. Basurero: Debo 150.000 mas el del mes entonces el 180.000. Voy a tratar de pagarlo esta vez todo asi cancelo y llego al estatus AL DÍA.
5. Libro:Pago 50.000 Debo 350.000, pago 3/10.
6. Nueva Americana: Pago 110.000 voy a deber 110.000.
7. Pasaje: 50.000 para los 15 días.
8. Ande: pienso pagar 80.000 porque realmente no se cuanto debo y no me llega la factura.

Mi meta es que algunos de los aspectos desaparezcan, otros tengan el estatus de al día y asi tener ahorros y una vida mas tranquila. Ire anotando los gastos superfluos tambien y como evitarlos, es algo muy importante para mi. Hay gastos tambien que no son superfluos pero que suman y debo tenerlos en cuenta. Como comida y ver cuanto necesito. Espero que en los proximos 6 meses pueda tener mas libertad financiera porque eso me haría feliz y orgullosa de mi misma.

I survived a tornado!!!!!/ Sobreviví un tornado!!!!!!

Yo estaba super feliz porque iba a llover, siempre me encantaron las tormentas asi que estabamos felices de que se asomara una, entonces le dije a Rubén, deja nomas la puerta abierta. Stefanie dormía en la pieza. De repente empiezan a bombardear la puerta con piedras, era granizo del tamaño de un huevo entrando en la casa, entonces le dije cerrá nomas. De repente vino una ráfaga de viento fuertiiiiisima que parecía que iba a hacer volar las paredes, en ese momento pense: que hago!!!!!! y le alce a Stefy. En ese momento empezó a gotear toda la casa, en todas partes hasta encima de la cama!!!! nos asustamos mucho, realmente era un tornado. Una experiencia super inolvidable. Espero que no pase seguido.
     Despues salimos y vimos todos los destrozos que el tornado había echo, fuimos adelante y no le pasó nada al auto, fuimos al auto a escuchar la radio para ver si decían algo de lo que pasó pero era muy temprano. Hablamos con los vecinos y estaban bien, solo hubo destrozos materiales pero nunca olvidaremos esta noche, espero que para la proxima estemos más preparados. He estado meditando mucho en el almacenamiento y el ahorro, ahora aún mas.

I was very happy because a storm was coming, I always loved storms, so we were happy that one of them was coming, I told Ruben to leave the door opened. Stefanie was sleeping in the bedroom. Suddenly, an ice storm started with ice of the size of an egg coming through the door, I told him to close the door. Suddenly wind with 140 km/h hit my home, it seemed it was going to make the walls fall and the windows to fall apart. In that moment I thought, what do I do now? I hold Stefanie and all the house started leaking, even on the bed!! we were so scared, it was really a tornado. An unforgettable experience. I hope it doesn´t happen often. 
     After the storm was gone we went outside and we saw all the ruins that the tornado left, we went to the front yard, nothing happened to the car, so we went to listen to the radio there but they didn´t say anything it was too recent and it was only in Mariano Roque Alonso, my city. We talked to the neighbors and they were ok, only material things were damaged but we will never forget that night, I hope next time we are more prepared. I have been meditating about food storage and savings, more and more right now.

13 semanas!!! 13 weeks!!!

 

Ya estoy de 13 semanas y demasiado ya quiero saber si es niño o niña!!! osea nena o varón como decimos...
Los malestares disminuyeron pero no acabaron y asi es la vida.
Estoy muy feliz de estar embarazada porque es algo que anhelaba hace mucho y porfin se cumple! Es un desafío ser una familia de 4 en lugar de 3 pero todo desafío trae sus bendiciones!!! Y nosotros somos muy muy bendecidos!!

I´m super happy for being pregnant because it is something I have been waiting for for a long time and finally Stefanie is going to be a big sister and we are going to be a family of 4, it is a challenge but all challenges bring a lot of blessings and we are very very blessed!!!

Estoy embarazada!!!!

One more little person is joining our family!!! We are so happy, it seems that we waited for so long for this wonderful news! So I´m happy and relieved that Stefanie will be an only child expiring March 2013!

This has been harder than my first pregnancy, what happened to me???? I have a lot of morning, afternoon and evening sickness lol... all the time, but it is getting better!

This time around I´m not planning to gain so much weight I hope my plan works out :)
and to continue working until the day the baby comes. 

Steff wants a sister and Rubén wants a son so we´ll see what we get in a month and a half I can´t wait!!!!

WE ARE SO SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!

One more little person is joining our family!!! We are so happy, it seems that we waited for so long for this wonderful news! So I´m happy and relieved that Stefanie will be an only child expiring March 2013!

This has been harder than my first pregnancy, what happened to me???? I have a lot of morning, afternoon and evening sickness lol... all the time, but it is getting better!

This time around I´m not planning to gain so much weight I hope my plan works out :)
and to continue working until the day the baby comes. 

Steff wants a sister and Rubén wants a son so we´ll see what we get in a month and a half I can´t wait!!!!
